We are in the active development phase — finalising planning requirements, evaluating three potential locations in southern Spain, and working towards the full set of necessary permits.
Every step we take is designed to ensure that the future owners will have a legally sound, high-quality and sustainable environment.

❓Can I already reserve a tiny house?

At this stage, we are building a list of interested individuals.
Registering your interest is completely non-binding — it simply allows you to receive updates as the project develops.
Once we reach the official reservation phase, everyone on the early list will be contacted first. If you want it to take your interest  a step further, check the page ´Early Adapters'. 

❓Who is behind these projects?

Both initiatives — ARTS Eco Village™ and Tiny Houses Spain™ — are led by an experienced international team with backgrounds in real estate development, architecture, design, marketing and sustainability.
We also collaborate with lawyers, gestors, architects and local advisors to guarantee a transparent, well-structured process in full accordance with Spanish regulations.

❓Are the tiny houses suitable for permanent living?
No. The tiny houses within ARTS Eco Village™ are intended for recreational use only and are not designed, permitted or offered for permanent residence.

❓Are the tiny houses fully off-grid and self-sufficient?
No. While eco-minded features may be integrated where feasible, ARTS Eco Village™ is not presented as a fully off-grid or self-sufficient development. Features and specifications may vary per unit and phase.

❓Are all sustainability features guaranteed for every unit?
Sustainability elements are part of the overall vision and design intention. Final features, materials and specifications may vary depending on availability, regulations, technical feasibility and project phase.

❓Can materials, finishes and features change over time?
Yes. Materials, finishes, layouts and technical features are indicative and may be adjusted during development without prior notice.

❓Is ARTS Eco Village™ an eco-residential project?
ARTS Eco Village™ is a recreational eco-concept. It is not a residential housing development and does not offer permanent living rights.
