ABOUT ARTS ECO VILLAGE™

❓What is ARTS Eco Village™?

ARTS Eco Village™ is a small-scale eco-village concept in Southern Spain, combining Tiny Houses, nature, outdoor living, complementary accommodation and carefully selected activities.
Rather than creating a large holiday resort, our ambition is to develop small, well-integrated destinations that reflect their surroundings. Each location can have its own character, atmosphere and level of development.
The common thread is simple: comfortable Tiny Houses, nature, sustainability, outdoor living and the Mediterranean lifestyle.

❓Can I live in ARTS Eco Village™ or my Tiny House permanently?

No. ARTS Eco Village™ is being developed as a recreational and tourism concept rather than a permanent residential development.
The exact permitted use, occupancy rules and legal structure will depend on the final location and the planning and licensing arrangements for that specific project. Full details will be provided before the official purchase process begins.

❓What makes ARTS Eco Village™ different from other Tiny House projects?

ARTS Eco Village™ is more than a collection of Tiny Houses.
Our concept brings together Tiny Houses, nature, outdoor living, complementary accommodation and carefully selected activities within a small-scale, thoughtfully designed setting.
Good design, sustainability, nature, freedom and the Mediterranean lifestyle.

❓Why did you choose Tiny Houses?

Tiny Houses represent a growing international movement towards smarter and more efficient use of space. They can offer comfort, efficient use of resources and a simpler way to enjoy a place in nature.

❓Will there be more ARTS Eco Villages in the future?

That is certainly our ambition. The first successful project is intended to provide the foundation for future ARTS Eco Village™ developments at carefully selected locations in Southern Spain and potentially beyond. Each future project may be different in scale and character, depending on its location, planning possibilities and local environment.

❓Who is behind ARTS Eco Village™?

ARTS Eco Village™ is an independent initiative developed in collaboration with experienced professionals, including architects, legal advisers, planning specialists and international partners.

❓What stage is the project currently in?

ARTS Eco Village™ is currently in the development and pre-launch phase. Work includes business planning, brand and website development, discussions with architects and legal advisers, evaluation of potential locations, conversations with landowners and growing interest from prospective buyers and strategic partners. Each project must progress through the necessary planning, legal and commercial stages before construction can begin.

THE VILLAGE

❓How many Tiny Houses will there be?

The number will depend on the final location, planning possibilities, licensing requirements and overall design. Our current concept is intentionally small-scale, generally envisaging approximately 25–30 Tiny Houses rather than a large holiday resort. The final number will be confirmed only once the relevant planning and licensing process has progressed.

❓Will every ARTS Eco Village™ have the same facilities?

Not necessarily. Facilities will be adapted to the location, size and character of each development. Depending on the project, these may include reception and guest services, a swimming pool, landscaped outdoor areas, rental management support, bicycle or e-bike facilities, a small café-style area, convenience services and selected activities.

❓Will there be a restaurant?

Not necessarily. Depending on the location and scale of the project, we may include a small café-style area or selected food and beverage services rather than a full-scale restaurant.

❓What eco activities are planned?

We are exploring small-scale activities designed to connect owners and guests with nature, wellbeing and the local environment. The exact programme will vary by location.

❓Will there be a swimming pool?

A swimming pool is part of the concept for suitable developments, but this will depend on the final location, planning requirements, infrastructure and project design.

❓How much privacy will owners have?

Privacy is an important principle of ARTS Eco Village™. The layout will aim to provide each Tiny House with attractive private outdoor space and a good degree of tranquillity, while still allowing access to shared facilities and outdoor areas.

OWNERSHIP & LEGAL

❓Can foreigners buy a Tiny House in Spain?

International buyers can purchase property in Spain, subject to Spanish law and the legal structure of the specific development. The exact purchase structure for an ARTS Eco Village™ project will be explained clearly before the official sales process begins, and buyers will be encouraged to obtain independent legal advice.

❓Will I become the legal owner of my Tiny House?

The exact legal ownership structure will depend on the final development, land arrangement and licensing framework. Full details will be provided well before the official sales process begins.

❓How is the purchase process organised?

Our aim is to make the process as straightforward and transparent as possible. From Pioneer Registration through to the final Purchase Agreement, buyers will receive clear information at every stage, supported by experienced legal and professional advisers.

❓Why is an independent legal team involved?

Transparency and legal certainty are fundamental principles of ARTS Eco Village™. We intend to work with an independent Spanish legal team to advise on the Pioneer Programme, reservations, customer funds and the eventual purchase process.

❓What is a lawyer's client account?

A lawyer's client account is a dedicated account in which client funds can be held separately from the project's operational funds, subject to agreed contractual conditions and applicable Spanish law. The exact structure and protections will be confirmed by the independent legal advisers.

❓What happens if the project cannot proceed?

If agreed project conditions are not fulfilled, any funds held under a client-account or other protected arrangement will be dealt with according to the relevant agreement and applicable Spanish law.

❓Will I receive legal guidance during the purchase process?

We encourage every buyer to obtain independent legal advice. ARTS Eco Village™ will also work with independent Spanish legal professionals who can explain the relevant process and documentation where appropriate.

❓Is this about selling or gathering data?

Our aim is to connect with people who are genuinely interested in the ARTS Eco Village™ concept and to understand demand as the project develops. Registering your interest does not by itself constitute a purchase agreement.

RENTAL & INVESTMENT

❓Can I rent out my Tiny House?

Subject to the final legal structure and applicable tourism regulations, our intention is to allow owners to combine personal use with holiday rentals where permitted.

❓What rental income can I expect?

Rental income cannot be guaranteed. Performance will depend on location, season, occupancy, nightly rates, Tiny House specification, operating costs and market demand. Rental projections will be prepared specifically for the relevant development.

❓Will there be a rental management service?

That is certainly our intention. Where appropriate, we aim to offer or facilitate professional rental management covering marketing, bookings, guest communication, check-in, cleaning and maintenance.

❓Can I use my Tiny House whenever I want?

Personal use will be subject to the final legal structure, operating arrangements and applicable local rules. The intention is to give owners flexibility to enjoy their Tiny House themselves and, where permitted, make it available for holiday rental.

❓Who pays for electricity, water and other utility costs?

The exact arrangements will depend on the final development and infrastructure. Utility costs and any village or service charges will be clearly explained before the commercial launch and purchase process.

❓Will ARTS Eco Village™ help attract guests?

Yes. One of our ambitions is to promote each ARTS Eco Village™ as a distinctive destination through professional marketing, partnerships and online visibility.

❓Is ARTS Eco Village™ primarily an investment or a lifestyle purchase?

It can be both, depending on the buyer. Some owners may be primarily interested in enjoying a Tiny House and the surrounding lifestyle, while others may also be interested in the potential rental opportunity.

❓Is rental income guaranteed?

No. As with any holiday accommodation, rental performance depends on market conditions, occupancy, pricing, seasonality and many other factors.

❓Can I sell my Tiny House in the future?

That will depend on the final ownership structure and applicable legal and contractual arrangements. The intention is to provide clear information about resale rights and procedures before purchase.

❓Why could ARTS Eco Village™ represent an attractive opportunity?

The concept brings together Tiny Houses, outdoor living, sustainable tourism, nature-based experiences and flexible recreational accommodation. The small-scale format also creates the possibility of developing different locations with different characters.

PIONEER PROGRAMME

❓What is the Pioneer Programme?

The Pioneer Programme offers prospective buyers and supporters a way to express their interest in ARTS Eco Village™ before the official public launch. It is intended to provide a transparent way to build the future owner base while the project progresses.

❓Does the Pioneer Programme guarantee that I can buy a Tiny House?

No. Priority Registration does not constitute a purchase agreement and does not automatically guarantee ownership. Any priority position will be subject to the applicable programme terms and availability.

❓Why is the Pioneer Programme necessary/important?

The number of Tiny Houses in each development is expected to be limited. A structured registration process allows us to understand genuine demand, communicate with prospective buyers and organise future allocation professionally.

❓How does the process work?

The intended process is: 1. Explore the project/understand the programme. 2. Register your interest. 3. Personal introduction and project discussion. 4. Founding Village Pioneer Agreement, where applicable. 5. Independent legal review and appropriate client-account arrangements. 6. Official purchase process once the necessary project conditions have been met.

❓Why is an independent law firm involved?

We intend to involve an independent Spanish law firm to provide legal guidance on the Pioneer Programme, customer funds and the applicable purchase structure. The precise role will be defined for each development.

❓Will my registration fee be protected?

Any financial contribution will be subject to the specific legal and contractual structure of the programme. Where a client-account arrangement is used, funds will be administered according to the agreed terms and applicable Spanish law.

❓Can I withdraw from the programme?

Yes. The applicable withdrawal conditions will be clearly explained before any agreement is signed.

❓When will I be invited to purchase a Tiny House?

Pioneers will be informed as the relevant project reaches the necessary development milestones. The official purchase process will commence only after the required legal, planning and commercial conditions have been satisfied.

❓Why should I register now rather than wait?

Because availability is expected to be limited. Joining the Pioneer Programme allows you to follow the project from an early stage and, subject to the programme terms, potentially secure a priority position.

LOCATION

❓Where will ARTS Eco Village™ be located?

The ARTS Eco Village™ concept is focused on Southern Spain. Different locations may be evaluated, and the final choice for each development will depend on planning possibilities, licensing, accessibility, environmental considerations, land characteristics and overall suitability. The exact location will be announced once the necessary agreements and planning procedures have progressed sufficiently.

❓Why Southern Spain?

Southern Spain offers an attractive combination of Mediterranean climate, outdoor lifestyle, natural landscapes, international accessibility and an established tourism market. Different areas also offer very different experiences, from coastal destinations to more rural inland settings.

❓How accessible will the village be?

Accessibility will be an important consideration when evaluating each location. We aim to select sites that combine a natural setting with reasonable access to towns, services, leisure opportunities and transport connections.

❓What can I do in the surrounding area?

Depending on the location, Southern Spain offers beaches, hiking, cycling, golf, water sports, traditional villages, local markets, cultural attractions, nature areas and Mediterranean cuisine. Each ARTS Eco Village™ will aim to connect guests and owners with suitable local experiences.

❓Will I need a car?

That will depend on the location. A car may be useful for exploring the wider region, particularly for more rural developments. Accessibility and transport options will therefore be considered carefully when selecting each site.

❓What makes the location of ARTS Eco Village™ special?

Our ambition is not simply to find land. We want to find the right location — one that combines nature, accessibility, privacy, attractive surroundings and proximity to the experiences and services people value.

SUSTAINABILITY

❓What does sustainability mean at ARTS Eco Village™?

For us, sustainability means making thoughtful choices that respect both people and the environment. Our aim is to create places where comfort, quality and responsible development naturally work together.

❓Will the Tiny Houses be energy efficient?

Energy efficiency is an important consideration. Modern construction techniques, appropriate insulation and energy-conscious design can help reduce energy consumption while maintaining comfort. Final specifications will depend on the selected Tiny House design and applicable regulations.

❓Will renewable energy be used?

Where practical and technically feasible, renewable energy solutions may be considered. Exact technologies will depend on the final design, technical studies, location and applicable regulations.

❓How will water be managed?

Water is a valuable resource, particularly in Southern Spain. The project aims to encourage responsible water use through efficient fixtures, thoughtful landscaping and appropriate water-management measures.

❓How will the natural environment be protected?

Our ambition is to work with the landscape rather than against it. The layout of each village will be carefully considered to preserve the natural character of the site while minimising unnecessary environmental impact.

❓Will there be green spaces?

Green and outdoor spaces are an important part of the concept. Landscaping, native planting and attractive outdoor areas can help create a peaceful environment where owners and guests can enjoy nature.

❓Why are Tiny Houses considered sustainable?

Tiny Houses can use fewer materials and less energy than larger buildings because of their smaller footprint and efficient use of space. Overall environmental impact also depends on construction, infrastructure, transport, site planning and operation.

❓Will the project support biodiversity?

Where possible, we aim to incorporate landscaping and planting that complement the local ecosystem and support biodiversity. The final approach will depend on the natural characteristics of each site.

❓Is sustainability the only focus of the project?

No. ARTS Eco Village™ is about balance. Our ambition is to combine responsible development with comfort, quality, relaxation and the Mediterranean lifestyle.

DEVELOPMENT & PLANNING

❓What stage is ARTS Eco Village™ currently in?

ARTS Eco Village™ is currently in the development and pre-launch phase. We are working with architects, legal advisers, planning professionals, landowners and potential partners to identify and prepare suitable opportunities.

❓Has a plot already been selected?

No single location should be regarded as final until the relevant agreements, due diligence and planning and licensing requirements have been completed. Different opportunities may be evaluated as the project develops.

❓When will construction begin?

Construction can only commence after the necessary planning permissions, legal procedures, technical preparation and project conditions have been completed. Our priority is to build responsibly rather than simply quickly.

❓When will the first Tiny Houses become available?

At this stage it is too early to announce a definitive delivery schedule. Availability will depend on the selected location, planning and licensing process, project preparation and final development timetable. Pioneers will receive updates as relevant milestones are reached.

❓Why does project development take time?

A responsible development progresses through location due diligence, planning and licensing, architectural design, legal documentation, infrastructure planning, commercial preparation and financing.

❓Will buyers receive regular project updates?

Yes. Registered participants will receive updates on important milestones and developments as the relevant project progresses.

❓Who is involved in developing the project?

ARTS Eco Village™ is developed in collaboration with experienced professionals, including architects, legal advisers, planning specialists, engineers and other trusted partners.

❓How can I stay informed?

The easiest way is to join our mailing list or participate in the Pioneer Programme. We share updates through the website, newsletters and social media channels.

❓Why are you sharing information before construction starts?

Because we believe trust begins long before the first Tiny House is built. By sharing progress openly, we invite future owners and partners to follow the journey and understand the preparation behind important decisions.

LIVING AT ARTS ECO VILLAGE™

❓Who is ARTS Eco Village™ designed for?

ARTS Eco Village™ is intended for people who appreciate nature, comfort, outdoor living and the Mediterranean lifestyle. Depending on the development, it may appeal to people looking for a holiday retreat, recreational property, rental opportunity or simply a different way to enjoy Southern Spain.

❓Will the village be peaceful?

That is the ambition. The small-scale nature of the concept, thoughtful site planning and careful positioning of Tiny Houses are intended to create a calm and relaxing environment.

❓Will there be a sense of community?

We prefer to think of ARTS Eco Village™ as a relaxed village setting rather than a traditional community. Owners and guests will have their own private space, while shared facilities and outdoor areas can provide opportunities to meet if they wish.

❓Can I bring my family?

The concept is intended to welcome couples, families and individuals. Specific occupancy and guest rules will depend on the final development and applicable regulations.

❓Are pets allowed?

Our intention is to be pet-friendly where the location and operating arrangements allow it. Specific rules will be established for each development.

❓Will there be high-speed internet?

Reliable internet is considered an important modern facility and will be evaluated as part of the infrastructure for each development. The exact service will depend on the final location.

❓Can I work remotely from my Tiny House?

Yes. Where reliable internet and relevant facilities are available, the Tiny House concept can be well suited to remote working. The extent of this will depend on the final location and infrastructure.

❓Will there be activities for owners and guests?

We intend to offer or facilitate a selection of outdoor experiences, eco activities and lifestyle opportunities where appropriate. Participation will always be optional.

❓What will daily life at ARTS Eco Village™ feel like?

Imagine breakfast on your own terrace, time outdoors, a walk or bike ride through the surrounding landscape, a swim, a local excursion or simply an afternoon enjoying the peace and Mediterranean climate. That is the atmosphere we hope to create — while allowing each location to retain its own character.

❓Why choose a Tiny House lifestyle?

Because many people are discovering that enjoyment is not measured in square metres. A thoughtfully designed Tiny House can offer comfort, simplicity and freedom, allowing you to spend less time maintaining a property and more time enjoying life and the surrounding environment.

❓What is the vision behind ARTS Eco Village™?

Our vision is simple: to create small-scale destinations where people can slow down, reconnect with nature, enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle and experience the comfort of a well-designed Tiny House. The first project is important, but the bigger ambition is to develop a concept that can be adapted and repeated in other suitable locations.

WILDFIRE AWARENESS

❓How is wildfire risk considered?

Wildfire awareness will be an important part of the planning and design process for any development located in an area where wildfire risk is relevant. Final prevention, access, landscaping, water and emergency measures will be determined with the relevant professionals and authorities.

❓Will each project have its own fire-safety measures?

Yes. Fire-safety requirements depend on the location, landscape, applicable regulations and final site design. Where required, the project will incorporate appropriate prevention, access, water, evacuation and emergency-response measures.
