The architectural concept for ARTS Eco Village™ continues to develop, with new ideas being explored for how the Tiny Houses can be positioned and connected within the wider natural environment.

The focus remains firmly on the Tiny Houses themselves — their comfort, privacy, flexibility and relationship with the surrounding landscape.

At the same time, the concept allows for optional eco-activities such as Mediterranean planting, herbs, honey and small-scale mushroom cultivation.

Participation in these activities will, of course, always be a matter of personal choice.

The principle is simple: your Tiny House, your space, your freedom.

We believe that the best village is one that offers possibilities — without imposing a particular way of living.

COSTA-DEL-SOL, AUGUST ´26 -- The management team of ARTS Eco Village™ is currently in discussions with three established Spanish law firms regarding the legal and financial structure of the Founding Village Pioneer Programme.

A key objective is to establish a structure that provides our Pioneers with the highest possible level of protection, transparency and confidence, including the appropriate handling of Pioneer contributions through a dedicated client funds / escrow arrangement.

We are now comparing the proposed solutions and will select the structure that best combines independent legal oversight, security and practicality.

We see this as an important next step in making the Pioneer Programme increasingly robust and professionally structured.

MIJAS, JULY ´26 -- Mijas is increasingly emerging as one of the most promising locations for ARTS Eco Village™.

The municipality is actively supporting the continued development and diversification of its tourism offering, including new forms of accommodation and tourism experiences. This creates an encouraging context for a concept such as ours.

Based on our ongoing discussions and our understanding of the local environment, we believe that a small-scale, thoughtfully designed and partly ecological tourism concept with distinctive features could receive particular attention and interest in Mijas.

This is, of course, an assessment at this stage — not an approval or planning decision.

But we are sufficiently encouraged to be investing serious time and attention in the Mijas option.

For ARTS Eco Village™, the right location is not simply a piece of land. It is an essential part of the concept itself.
