This programme enables prospective buyers to register their interest at an early stage and, subject to clearly defined conditions, obtain priority access when the official reservation phase opens.

To provide maximum confidence and legal certainty, the reservation process is being developed in cooperation with an independent Spanish Notary. Where applicable, reservation funds will be held in a notarial escrow account and will only be released once the agreed project conditions have been met. Should those conditions not be fulfilled, the funds will be returned in accordance with the agreed terms.

Q: Why is a Spanish Notary involved?

 

Transparency and confidence are fundamental to ARTS Eco Village™.

An independent Spanish Notary will supervise the reservation process and, where applicable, the escrow arrangements, ensuring that all parties are treated fairly and that agreed procedures are followed.

 

Q: What is an escrow account?

 

An escrow account is a secure account managed by an independent third party (Spanish notary).

Where applicable, reservation funds remain protected and cannot be accessed until the agreed project conditions have been fulfilled.

 

Q: What happens if the project cannot proceed?

 

Should the agreed project conditions not be fulfilled, any funds held in the notarial escrow account will be dealt with in accordance with the agreed reservation terms and applicable Spanish law.

Q: Can I withdraw my interest?
