To ensure a fair, transparent and well-organised allocation process, we are introducing the  Village Pioneer Programme.

This programme enables prospective buyers to register their interest at an early stage and, subject to clearly defined conditions, obtain priority access when the official reservation phase opens.

Independent Legal Oversight & Secure Funds Handling

To provide maximum confidence and legal certainty, the reservation process is being developed in cooperation with an independent Spanish legal team, providing professional legal guidance and oversight throughout the Pioneer and reservation process. Where applicable, reservation funds will be held in a dedicated client funds/escrow account and will only be released once the agreed project conditions have been met. Should those conditions not be fulfilled, the funds will be returned in accordance with the agreed terms. This structure is designed to provide transparency, accountability and confidence for all participating Pioneers.

Q: Does signing up for the Village Pioneer Programme mean I am buying a Tiny House?

 

No.

The Village Pioneer Programme is intended to establish your place in the allocation process. The purchase of a Tiny House only takes place after the project reaches the agreed milestones and the official reservation and purchase procedures commence.

 

Q: Why is an independent legal team involved?

 

Transparency and confidence are fundamental to ARTS Eco Village™.

An independent Spanish legal team will provide professional legal guidance and oversight of the Pioneer process. Where applicable, Pioneer funds will be held separately in a dedicated client funds/escrow account and handled according to the agreed contractual conditions. 

 

Q: What is a client funds/escrow account?

 

A client funds/escrow account is a secure, dedicated account in which funds are held separately from the project´s operational funds and are subject to agreed conditions for their release or use. This account is there especially to secure client´s interest.

Q: What happens if the project cannot proceed?

 

Should the agreed project conditions not be fulfilled, any funds held in the notarial escrow account will be dealt with in accordance with the agreed reservation terms and applicable Spanish law.

 

Q: When will I be able to choose my Tiny House?

 

Pioneers will receive the opportunity to select their preferred Tiny House before the project is offered to the general public.

 

Q: Can I withdraw my interest?

 

Yes.

Registering your interest does not create a purchase obligation. Any future reservation arrangements will clearly describe the applicable rights and conditions before any commitment is made.
