📅 Project Timeline & Progress

Our journey began in June 2025, with a clear vision: to bring sustainable, design-led tiny living to southern Spain.

Since then, we’ve been carefully building the foundation — visiting and evaluating potential plots,
meeting with architects, legal advisors and local authorities, and selecting the most promising partners in eco-construction and design.

Our current focus is on:

  • Finalising permits and confirming the ideal site for ARTS Eco Village™.

  • Expanding Tiny Houses Spain™ to guide individuals who wish to start sooner — helping them find suitable plots, obtain licences and select high-quality tiny homes that fit their needs.

Fase 3: Implementation & First Projects

A thorough research process — studying market trends, visiting existing eco projects across Spain, and analysing the growing international demand for affordable, high-quality tiny houses.

We also started scouting potential plots in Andalucía, with special focus on the Costa del Sol hinterland, where nature, accessibility and lifestyle meet.
In parallel, we built relationships with architects, sustainability consultants and local authorities to understand the regulatory framework for small-scale eco developments.

By end-2025, our focus shifted to site evaluation and early-stage planning.
Several promising plots were visited and analysed in terms of location, orientation, infrastructure and licensing potential.
At the same time, we began forming partnerships with trusted professionals — including architects, lawyers, gestorías, and suppliers of certified eco tiny houses.

This period also marked the creation of our dual structure:

  • ARTS Eco Village™ — a design-led, small-scale residential community project.

  • Tiny Houses Spain™ — a service platform helping individuals purchase land, obtain permits, and install their own eco homes independently.

Together, these two tracks create a flexible, scalable ecosystem for sustainable living in southern Spain.

As we move further into 2026, the groundwork is being translated into action.
Our target is to finalise land acquisition and permitting for ARTS Eco Village™ during the first half of the year, while simultaneously launching Tiny Houses Spain™ as a fully operational service — ready to assist clients with land search, licensing and construction.

If progress continues according to plan:

  • The first Tiny Houses Spain™ projects could start construction June 2026.

  • ARTS Eco Village™ is expected to welcome its first owners during end 2026/beginning of 2027.

Every step we take is guided by responsibility, transparency and long-term vision — ensuring that what we build today will remain valuable and sustainable for years to come.
