Our Tiny Houses - A New Way of Recreating Well

🪴 Design Philosophy

Every detail is guided by light, proportion and purpose.
White façades brighten the spaces under the Andalusian sun, terracotta tones tie the design to the landscape, and natural wood adds texture and warmth.
Large openings visually connect interiors with the outdoors, while layouts are planned to make each space feel open and harmonious.

🏡 Examples & Layouts

Each tiny house includes a terrace and a considered use of space, with sizes typically ranging from approximately 25–35 m²:

  • Bright living area with kitchen

  • One or two bedrooms

  • Bathroom with natural finishes

  • Outdoor area suitable for dining or relaxation

🌿 Materials & Sustainability

Sustainability starts with thoughtful choices.
Where feasible, locally sourced and eco-conscious materials are used — from timber and terracotta details to optional solar-ready roofing and energy-efficient systems.
Native landscaping supports natural cooling and reduced water use, while modular construction encourages efficiency and minimizes waste.

☀️ A Recreational Lifestyle Beyond the Walls

Tiny houses at ARTS Eco Village™ are designed for recreational enjoyment, inside and out.
Set within green areas and walking paths, visitors can enjoy privacy and calm in a naturally connected environment.
The vision emphasizes simplicity, beauty and mindfulness — a way to enjoy life outdoors without living large.
