Every detail is guided by light, proportion and purpose.
White façades brighten the spaces under the Andalusian sun, terracotta tones tie the design to the landscape, and natural wood adds texture and warmth.
Large openings visually connect interiors with the outdoors, while layouts are planned to make each space feel open and harmonious.

Each tiny house includes a terrace and a considered use of space, with sizes typically ranging from approximately 25–35 m²:

• Bright living area with kitchen

• One or two bedrooms

• Bathroom with natural finishes

• Outdoor area suitable for dining or relaxation

Where feasible, locally sourced and eco-conscious materials are used — from timber and terracotta details to optional solar-ready roofing and energy-efficient systems.
Native landscaping supports natural cooling and reduced water use, while modular construction encourages efficiency and minimizes waste.

        Wildfire Awareness!!

Southern Spain is one of Europe's most beautiful natural environments. Like many Mediterranean regions, it also experiences periods of extreme heat and an increased risk of wildfires.

 

At ARTS Eco Village™, wildfire awareness is therefore considered an important aspect of the planning process.

Where appropriate and subject to local regulations, the project aims to incorporate measures such as:

• Careful management of vegetation surrounding buildings.

• Sensible spacing between accommodation units.

• The use of access routes suitable for emergency vehicles.

• Consideration of water availability for landscape maintenance and emergency use.

• Preference for landscaping with suitable native and lower-flammability plant species where feasible.

• Ongoing maintenance of communal outdoor areas to reduce unnecessary fire loads.

 

In addition, we intend to work closely with qualified architects, engineers and the relevant local authorities to ensure that the project complies with all applicable safety regulations and planning requirements.

While no development can eliminate the natural risk of wildfires, our objective is to plan responsibly, minimise unnecessary risks and create an environment that respects both nature and safety.
