GLAMPING

A unique balance between comfort and simplicity
Glamping Tents – A Natural Extension of the Concept
As part of the evolving ARTS Eco Village™ concept, we are exploring the integration of a small number of high-quality glamping tents within the landscape.
These tents are not an afterthought, but a natural complement to the project’s philosophy: light impact, strong visual harmony and respect for the surroundings.
Set among nature and carefully positioned for privacy and views, the glamping tents allow guests to experience the environment in its purest form — without permanent construction and with minimal intervention in the land.
Why Glamping?
Glamping offers a unique balance between comfort and simplicity.
It creates an accessible way to stay within the project, while preserving the rural character and openness of the site.
For ARTS Eco Village™, glamping serves several purposes:
• A low-impact accommodation model that fits rural and environmental guidelines
• A flexible and reversible structure, adaptable over time
• A way to activate the site early, even before all tiny houses are in place
• An introduction to the atmosphere and lifestyle of the village
The tents are designed to blend seamlessly into the landscape, using natural tones, timber platforms and thoughtful spacing.
A Carefully Limited Number
The glamping component is intentionally modest in scale.
The current concept envisions approximately nine tents, ensuring:
• Plenty of space and privacy
• No visual overcrowding
• A calm, exclusive atmosphere
• Minimal pressure on infrastructure and nature
This approach aligns with the overall philosophy of quality over quantity.
Rental Model
The glamping tents are intended to be operated as short-stay rentals, rather than sold individually.
This allows for:
• Professional and consistent management
• Predictable standards of quality and maintenance
• Clear separation between private ownership (tiny houses) and guest accommodation
• A steady, recurring income stream that supports the project as a whole
Guests may stay for a few nights or longer periods, experiencing the landscape, the calm and the rhythm of rural life in southern Spain.
Complementary, Not Competing
Glamping at ARTS Eco Village™ is not designed to compete with the tiny houses — but to enhance the overall experience.
It attracts a different type of visitor:
people who want to slow down, reconnect with nature, and explore the region — often becoming future tiny house owners themselves.
In this way, glamping acts as both:
• a hospitality element, and
• a gateway into the broader vision of the project.
